WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SENDING A wedding INQUIRY
Once your inquiry lands in my inbox, we’ll schedule a bridal consultation to chat through your vision and wedding details. If you decide to reserve your beautiful day with me, I’ll send over your contract and invoice — once signed and your deposit is paid, your date is officially secured and we begin the fun part.
The Luxe Wedding Collection includes a complimentary engagement session, so we’ll choose the perfect date and location for that next.
Throughout your fiancé era, I’m here for you — from timeline guidance to helping shape the flow of your day. As we get closer, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire where I’ll gather everything I need: family shot lists, timeline notes, photo ideas, and the moments you’re most excited about.
About 1–2 weeks before the wedding, we’ll hop on a final call to confirm all details and ensure we’re completely aligned.
And when your day arrives, I’m all yours — fully dedicated to documenting your wedding exactly as it looks, feels, and unfolds. ♡
When will we get our photos?
If there’s one thing that truly sets me apart, it’s my delivery speed. Your memories shouldn’t sit in a queue — they deserve to be relived while the joy is still fresh.
Full wedding galleries are delivered within 3-4 weeks, And because I know you’ll be eager to share the magic, you’ll receive sneak peeks within 2–3 days — ready to post, print, and love.
what is the payment process like?
Your wedding becomes officially reserved once the contract is signed and the 25% deposit is paid. One week before your wedding day, the remaining balance will be due. Payment plans can be created upon request.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Flagstaff, Arizona and would love travel to other parts of Arizona for your wedding day! If you are interested in out-of-state coverage, please reach out!
